Welcome to Lucky You. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Lucky You provides personalized daily luck readings, zodiac and numerology-based content, and a Cosmic Compatibility feature, generated using artificial intelligence. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.
2. Entertainment Disclaimer
The content provided by Lucky You — including daily luck scores, readings, zodiac interpretations, life path numbers, and compatibility results — is generated for entertainment purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, psychological, or relationship advice. Decisions regarding your finances, health, relationships, or any other significant life matter should not be based on content provided by this App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lucky You. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account and Profile Information
Lucky You does not require a traditional account or login. You provide your first name and birthday directly within the App, which is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Subscriptions (Lucky You+)
Lucky You offers an optional premium subscription, "Lucky You+," which unlocks additional features including Cosmic Compatibility readings, the 7-Day Luck Forecast, and deeper cosmic insights.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store (Apple or Google) and are not directly processed by us.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lucky You for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App's functionality, or to misuse the Cosmic Compatibility feature to harass, impersonate, or violate the privacy of others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and functionality within Lucky You are the property of Lucky You and its creators. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any reading or score will be accurate, complete, or suited to your particular circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky You and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
